Now jump ahead.I've decided that I want to start lifting heavier and incorporate more dead lifts, barbell squats and such to my routine. the resistance machines, so this feels more like home to me, and what I should be doing. I've always been one for using the dumbbells and barbells vs. Just.not a good vibe there, so I found a real gym with real barbells and squat racks and all the fun stuff. I signed up at PF, and found it utterly boring, and not at all what I like in a gym. Since then, I'm down ALMOST 20lbs, and am starting to feel much better. So, a few months ago I decided to get off my arse, start eating better, and drag my sorry self back into the gym.
